The ship time “usually ships within” time frame listed on website is the time required to process the order and package the product. It does not include the transit time of package. Catchmate is not responsible for delays in shipment during transit. Refunds will not be given for shipping cost.

Larger quantity orders may take longer to assemble and thus may result in longer than usual shipping time frame
